CAN I HAVE A FREE TRIAL?

Before activating your Account, please take advantage of the free trial and get familiar with our features. We recommend adding at least 1-2 accounts, to fully experience our process.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS TO START WITH?

The minimum number of mailboxes is one. If you’re just starting up, the Program is based on Tk.50 bKash/Rocket/Bank payments that are converted into account credits after one month of trial period is over. The credits are used to pay your invoices and they never expire. If some one want to discontinue for a valid reason, payment will be refunded within 2-3 days after getting email notification.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED?

Your subscription is on a monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis which means a new invoice is generated each period. For the subscriptions that are less than Tk. 50 / period we use the  bKash/Rocket/Bank payments system ( bKash/Rocket/Bank payments that are converted into credits to recharge your Billing account).

You can upgrade your subscription at any time as all upgrades are prorated and you only pay for the remaining time. However, the downgrades are not prorated or refunded.

CAN I MIGRATE ACCOUNTS FROM OTHER PROVIDERS?

Yes, we can help you migrate email accounts at any time, from any provider. To request an email migration you can follow these steps or ask for you help.

 CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE AT ANY TIME?

Upgrading is possible at any time and all new accounts will be prorated. You can also downgrade at any time but any unused time for those mailboxes is non-refundable.

We recommend waiting until your renewal date to downgrade. 

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

Our Reseller Program is a monthly subscription service and as such can be canceled at any time. However, all subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you have chosen to pay in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months.

When you cancel the subscription, all your mailboxes and accounts will be automatically deleted.

CAN I HAVE DISCOUNT FOR LARGER PERIOD OF SUBSCRIPTION?

YES!  You can enjoy discount for larger period of subscription that period must be greater than or equal to 6 months. You can also have discount for large number of subscription. Call us for details.
